Data kept on your device

StaySet stores the obligations you create, their dates, times, amounts, notes and optional people or organisations, as well as your settings, locally with AsyncStorage. Optional sample data is stored in the same way.

In the inspected version, StaySet works with no account, server, or cloud connection. The app includes no analytics, advertising, or tracking tool.

Optional notifications

If you enable them, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. They may contain the reminder title, selected delay, or reminder date. Their visibility depends on the operating system, your permission, and your settings, including lock-screen settings.

Retention and deletion

Removing an item from Radar archives it and keeps it in local storage so it can be restored. A full reset deletes the data held by StaySet in its local storage. The operating system may also remove application data.

Limits of local storage

The operating system controls device security, backups, and possible restoration. StaySet cannot guarantee that a backup is created, retained, or erased together with active data. Protect access to your device and manage its backups in system settings.
